  1. First Payment and Monthly Maintenance Fee:

    • The first payment, inclusive of a $9.95 monthly maintenance fee, is due prior to the commencement of our services. This payment encompasses initial consultation and setup fees.

  2. Payment Plan Option:

    • If you opt for a payment plan, a monthly maintenance fee will be charged on the 1st or 15th of each month, as specified in your agreement.

  3. Advance Payment for Consultation Sessions:

    • Prior to each consultation session, it is mandatory to make an advance payment covering the monthly maintenance fee. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your session.

  4. Cancellation of Services:

    • You are not bound by any long-term contracts, and you reserve the right to cancel our services at any time. To initiate cancellation, you must notify us or submit a request through email or the client portal at least 72 hours before your next payment due date.

  5. Payment Cycle and Refunds:

    • If you fail to provide the required 72-hour notice for cancellation, you will be charged for the upcoming payment cycle, and no refunds will be issued.
